2.3 Emergency and Next-of-Kin Information We may collect Next-of-Kin Name, Next-of-Kin Phone Number, and Emergency Contact Information.

2.4 Financial Information Where applicable, BPAMS may process Levy Records, Levy Payment History, Financial Contributions, Payment Records, Payment Dates, Payment Statuses, Transaction References, and Payment Verification Information. BPAMS does not collect, process, or store debit card details, credit card information, PINs, CVVs, internet banking credentials, or other financial account passwords. Electronic payments are processed through approved third-party payment applications, banking systems, and payment gateways operating under their own security and privacy standards.
2.5 Communications and User Submissions We may collect and process Complaints, Responses to Complaints, Appeals, Administrative Requests, Support Requests, Reports Submitted Through BPAMS, Feedback and Suggestions, Event Registrations, and Agenda Participation Records.
2.6 Device and Technical Information When accessing BPAMS, certain technical information may be automatically collected, including Device Information, Device Identifiers, IP Address, Login Activities, Security Logs, Authentication Records, and Session Information.
